MY
FOUNDATION
I started my career as a software engineer at WSO2, building open banking solutions. The infrastructure that moves money invisibly, reliably, at scale.
From there, I joined a startup where I unintentionally fell into also being the designer. This is where I unlocked something I didn't know I had: the perfect amalgamation of what I was naturally good at (the arts) and what I'd spent years crafting (tech).
From there, I led design at Tabcorp (Australia's largest betting platform, 800K+ users) and Yondr Money, getting certified in UI/UX, Product Design, and Harvard FinTech along the way. AGNI now runs AI-first, which changes what one practice can hold.
WHY AGNI
I truly believe that design is where problem-solving happens at the lowest cost to business, when it's done with a deep understanding of technical requirements and human needs.
Why fintech specifically? Because financial systems are absolutely essential to every single human being. We need money to live, to access opportunity, to build better lives. If I'm designing with intention and consciousness for end users, this landscape becomes something that can truly make a difference.
Maybe it's helping the unbanked access financial services for the first time. Or creating a card issuing platform that brings transparency to an opaque industry. Whatever the scale, the impact matters.
This is what drew me to fintech. This is why I started AGNI.

Teaching & Sharing
Any opportunity to share what I know, I take.
I mentor students at the University of Melbourne, where I studied, and spoke there in 2026 on non-linear careers. I run AI workshops for founders and business owners.
In softer spaces, I lead workshops on emotional regulation for students at school and university level. Every week I work with the Sudhaar Foundation in Wanathamulla, teaching yoga to women and children. The work is about self-expression and the confidence to take up space: feeling safe, feeling regulated, finding your own voice and trusting it enough to tell your story in it.
Teaching is part of the ethos, not separate from it. Knowledge that stays with one person compounds slowly. Knowledge that moves compounds fast, and the questions people ask me are half of how I learn.
Creative Modalities
Growing up, I explored the arts through performing: Kandyan dance, theatre, choir. I've performed with Soul Sounds globally. I continue to explore expression in all its forms: painting, cooking, reading, and (my current obsession) calisthenics. I direct theatre back at my old school, St. Bridget's Convent.
I'm a certified yoga teacher and a Vipassana meditator. I own a small paddy field back home in Sri Lanka, a gentle reminder that the best systems, whether financial or agricultural, thrive when they work with natural rhythms, not against them.
These practices aren't separate from my work. They inform every decision. Meditation teaches presence with complex problems. Theatre teaches empathy. Movement keeps me grounded when designing million-dollar transformations.
This is Conscious Creation: designing with intention, awareness, and care for the humans on the other side of the screen.

Creative Modalities
