Growing up, I explored the arts through performing - Kandyan dance, theatre, choir. I'm as comfortable on stage as I am in a boardroom.

I've been a brand ambassador, performed with Soul Sounds globally, immersed myself in Kandyan dance. I'm not very good at drawing, but I'm absolutely passionate about doodling anyway.

As a certified yoga teacher, I teach children and lead workshops on emotional regulation for students at school and university level. Through the Sudhaar Foundation, I teach theatre and storytelling weekly - working to empower young women within Sri Lankan youth communities.

I'm a Vipassana meditator. I own a small paddy field back home in Sri Lanka - a gentle reminder that the best systems, whether financial or agricultural, thrive when they work with natural rhythms, not against them.

These practices aren't separate from my work. They inform every decision. Meditation teaches presence with complex problems. Theatre teaches empathy. Movement keeps me grounded when designing million-dollar transformations.
